Contact List Stats
It is often helpful to get some clear ideas about the performance of your contact lists. Within your MyEmailProgram dashboard you can look at several reports that will help you adapt your email marketing strategy to get the best results for your campaigns.
You can see at a glance how your list is performing with our snapshot report. It reflects the number of Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Unsubscribes, Bounces, and Forwards for your given contact list over a determined date range. The below example shows a 12 month report.
The Domain Name Report is used to give you some indication of who your subscribers are. In addition to the pie chart (show here) you also have a more detailed reporting for each of the top 10 domains on your list to help give you some idea if there are certain webmail providers who are more prone to have unsubscribes, bounces, etc. Are they primarily webmail users or professionals with work email accounts. It also helps you in your email design efforts since you have a clear idea of which webmail interfaces you should optimize your design for.
The Contact List Open report gives you an overview of the average open ratio for the selected date range and shows the number of opens over time. The Contact List Link report gives you a similar snapshot of the average click through ratio and number of clicks on links over time for the selected date range.
The Contact List Bounce report gives you a clear picture of the number of bounces your contact list has had over time so you can identify trends or patterns. It also outlines all of your bounces line by link along with the Bounce Type and Bounce Rule that applies. (Actual email addresses blacked out in image.)
