Early on June 8th we began the process of rolling out a significant upgrade to our Survey system. This new update will give much greater functionality and will address many of the feature requests we receive. If you experience any issues with the update please contact us right away.

Early on December 29th our team was alerted to a bug in the system that displayed error messages to system users while trying to navigate the application. The application was taken offline from appx 8:30pm to 11:00pm MST. This planned maintenance was necessary to upgrade databases and files in preparation for an upcoming product feature upgrade. Customers were notified of upcoming maintenance and were notified when the maintenance was complete.

Took the system offline from 10pm to 12am to run another update designed to increase sending speed.

A bug was found in the update from July 20th. The bug was causing Statistics to not render when email campaigns were sent or otherwise display incorrectly. This bug was repaired on July 24th. All systems go! Jacob S Paulsen

On July 20th, 2012 we successfully performed several system updates designed to allow our clients to send email faster than before. We have doubled the previous threshold of “number of allowed emails” per hour per user.
